Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to exchange it for you if you fullfil the video requirement.

Video Requirement: To ensure transparency, we require you to video record the unboxing of the product. This is essential for validating the condition of the product received and expediting your exchange request.

If the purchased product is out of stock, a refund will be processed within 7 days.

Returns : Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or has acute color differences.

 We do not accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned above.
